FWD Logistics is a growing third-party logistics (3PL) provider based in Brendale. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service, accurate inventory management and reliable warehousing solutions to our customers across Australia.

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our close-knit team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and is comfortable working in a small business environment where every team member makes a difference.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring freight is received, stored and dispatched accurately while maintaining exceptional inventory accuracy and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:
Receiving and dispatching freight
Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
Inventory management and stock control
Cycle counts and stock investigations
Processing freight bookings
Maintaining accurate records within our Warehouse Management System (CartonCloud)
Liaising with customers and transport providers
Preparing shipping documentation and labels
Maintaining a clean,



organised and safe warehouse
Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and warehouse processes

About You
Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience
Experience using a Warehouse Management System (CartonCloud preferred, or similar)
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and prioritise competing tasks
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team
Experience working within a 3PL environment
Experience booking domestic freight
Understanding of inventory control and warehouse best practices
