We have an prospect for a detail-focused Master Data Coordinator to join our commercial team on a 12-month parental leave contract.

Based at our Ingleburn National Office, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate and reliable business data across systems, supporting teams across sales, finance, and operations.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and collaborating with different teams.

What you’ll be doing
Create and maintain master data (customers, products, suppliers)
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems
Identify and resolve data errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies
Support data uploads, reporting, and system updates
Assist with costings and weekly pricing data
Work closely with internal teams to support their data needs
Help improve processes and data quality standards





What we’re looking for
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Previous experience in admin, data entry, or similar role
Positive organisational and time management skills
Confident working with systems and data
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Experience using SAP
Exposure to data management or data governance processes
