The Role

This is a hands-on role for an experienced rigger who wants to stay on the tools while working toward a Leading Hand position. You'll bring motivation, a solid grasp of rigging methodology, and the skill to handle a variety of energetic projects.

Key Responsibilities
Rig and install structural steel components
Assist with crane setup and pack-down
Run and bolt purlins
Direct cranes using whistles, hand signals,



and radios
Sling loads securely and efficiently
Drill and install chemical fasteners, plus general ground labour
Safely operate various EWP access equipment

Qualifications & Requirements
HRW Licence (minimum RB, DG, WP)
EWP Licence (over & under 11m / Yellow Card)
Working at Heights Certificate
Construction Induction Card (White/Blue Card)
Robust safety focus, with the ability to read and interpret plans
