The Role
We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team located in the Liverpool area, to service a diverse customer base, including government organisations, Insurance, Job Networks and more.
Managing inbound and outbound calls as well as emails through our CRM management system.
These may include but are not limited to booking requests, maintenance requests, ETA's, quotes, invoice enquiries, account enquiries and more.
Delivering fantastic customer experience from start to finish
ESSENTIAL SKILLS




Proven customer service skills with strong communication and active listening abilities.
At least 2 years of customer service experience required.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Teams.
Ability to build, uphold, and nurture relationships with existing customers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases.
Confident and professional telephone manner, with excellent etiquette and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
Other administrative duties as appropriate.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
Call centre experience
Experience in a fast paced workplace
