About the role
Earthworks Civil and Construction, an Echuca based company, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects, across the full project lifecycle, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll be doing
Gain hands-on project management experience across the full project lifecycle, from estimating and tendering to project completion.
Coordinated project planning, procurement, subcontractors, scheduling, and client communications.
Worked closely with senior management in a family-run business, developing a broad understanding of construction operations and project delivery.
Assisted in managing budgets, variations, progress claims, and project close-out activities.
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find practical solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
Proficient in the use of project management software
Familiarity with construction regulations, safety standards,



and quality assurance processes
