Drive Culture, Capability & Compliance Across a Growing Franchise Network
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focusedPeople & Culture Managerto lead HR initiatives across a corporate and franchise network.
Reporting to theGeneral Manager - Peopleyou will partner with franchisees and operational leaders to drive culture, workforce compliance, employee engagement, recruitment, and performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead People & Culture initiatives that support business growth.
Coach leaders on people management, performance, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act, NES, and relevant Modern Awards.
Manage investigations, performance management, and workplace issues.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Monitor HR metrics, reporting, and workforce compliance.
About You




Experience in HR, People & Culture, or Employee Relations.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and Modern Awards.
Proven experience managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
Experience in hospitality, QSR, retail, franchise, or multi-site environments highly regarded.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HRIS and workforce management systems.
