Coordinator, Disability Services (Part-time)
St Anthony's Family Care (SAFC) located at Croydon (NSW) is a not-for-profit organisation that provides a range of services with a specific focus on children and young people with disabilities.
We are currently seeking a part-time Disability Services Coordinator.
The successful person would work 24 hours a week, to be worked across Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Additional hours up to full time may be worked as delivering Direct Support in the programs, as available.

Primary responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing day to day running of SAFC Disability Services
Coordinate rostering and approving timesheets for payroll
Reviewing participant funding allocations and fulfilling billing for services delivered
Supporting with Behaviour Support plan reviews, training, and support
Conducting compliance audits to ensure compliance with NDIS requirements
Participant intake and onboarding
Participant and family liaison and support
Staff recruitment, development, and support
Networking and business development
On call as required
Required skills and experience:
Relevant qualifications in community services or related field
Proven ability to supervise and lead staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly developed IT skills
Effective time management and problem-solving skills
