Numbers Executive is partnering with a leading investment bank to appoint an a VP to their Technology and Digital Infrastructure team in either Melbourne or Sydney. With deep local expertise and global reach, the team has an impressive track record of executing some of the most high-profile transactions in the sector.
The Prospect
As a VP, youwill be an active participant in the origination and execution of high profile M&A; mandates. Project managing live deals, you will provide critical oversight to the Associate and Analyst pool, imparting knowledge and inspiring best practice output across pitch book preparation,financial analysis, financial model development and other marketing materials.
Required skills & experience
Successful applicants will have existing experience (at VP level) working for an investment bank or a boutique corporate advisor. Local experience across technology, infrastructure and Digital Infrastructure will be viewed favourably. Experience aside, we are looking for a natural leader of people, willing to roll their sleeves up and work collaboratively with a talented and collegiate team.
