ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Senior Commercial Analyst — Loyalty, you will take ownership of the commercial intelligence behind the World360 Rewards program, operating as a self-directed, executive-facing leader.
You will shape the program's commercial agenda, influence strategic decisions, and play a critical role in how investments, partnerships, and performance are evaluated.
This is a high-impact role where your insights and recommendations directly influence the P&L; of a growing loyalty program.
You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across finance, brand teams, and external partners to drive commercial outcomes and unlock recent opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support ad hoc commercial analysis and strategic planning initiatives
Establish and maintain partner performance tracking aligned with contractual obligations
Leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, and AI-assisted analysis to generate insights
Collaborate with brand finance teams to align reporting frameworks and validate accruals
Produce monthly performance reporting with variance analysis and forward-looking insights
Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting cycles in partnership with Finance leadership
Translate complex program economics into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
Continuously improve models, reporting tools, and analytical frameworks as the program scales
Present commercial findings to senior leadership including GM Finance and CFO stakeholders
Identify commercial risks, opportunities, and gaps across the program's P&L; and partner portfolio
Support commercial negotiations with financial modelling, sensitivity analysis, and deal structuring insights
Develop business cases and scenario analyses with clear assumptions, sensitivities, and recommendations
Design and deliver KPI frameworks covering member growth, redemption rates, revenue, and cost metrics
Own and maintain commercial models including partner economics,
points cost modelling, breakage and liability scenarios, and ROI analysis
Build dynamic financial models to support decision-making across partnerships, marketing investments, technology deployments, and program strategy
Act as the primary commercial finance partner for the EGM, World360 Rewards, proactively driving analysis and recommendations
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business or equivalent
CA or CPA qualified or working towards qualification (preferred)
Experience with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools (desirable)
Proven ability to operate autonomously and self-direct commercial priorities
Experience building KPI frameworks, reporting, and forecasting cycles
Strong communication and presentation skills with executive stakeholders
5+ years' experience in commercial finance, FP&A;, or a senior analytical role
Strong commercial judgment and ability to translate analysis into business implications
Demonstrated ownership of commercial modelling and decision-making, not just execution
Advanced financial modelling skills in Excel (dynamic models, scenario analysis, business cases)
Experience in loyalty programs, financial services, or high-volume transaction businesses (desirable)
Exposure to partner negotiations, deal economics, or contract performance analysis (desirable)
