The Role
You'll handle sheet metal mould fabrication and basic machining with a high level of autonomy.
Working to schedule, you'll maintain quality standards and bring the experience and discipline needed to keep the workshop running smoothly.

What a typical day looks like:
Work from drawings and schedules to complete fabrication tasks independently
Perform sheet metal fabrication, including cutting, forming, welding, and finishing
Carry out structural and pipe fabrication where required (experience dependent)
Operate workshop machinery, including lathes, mills, and general fabrication equipment
Inspect your work and maintain quality standards
Identify process improvements and raise them with the team
What We're Looking For
Skills & Experience
Trade qualified — Certificate III in Metal Fabrication or equivalent
At least 5 years of hands-on fabrication experience
Confident and competent with GMAW/GTAW
Experience in sheet metal fabrication
Basic machining experience with a lathe, mill, or similar equipment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
Robust attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
