About the RoleAs the Strategy and Transformation lead, you will take ownership of the strategic transformation pipeline and multi-year roadmap.
This is a highly collaborative, hands‐on execution role focused on strategy, prioritisation, and value delivery—rather than people management.
Ideally suited for someone coming from a management consulting background or an enterprise advisory setting,



you will use your analytical and stakeholder management skills to influence investment decisions and ensure complex initiatives translate into measurable value.
Key ResponsibilitiesRoadmap & Strategy: Shape and manage the strategic transformation pipeline and multi-year roadmap across the business.
Prioritisation & Sequencing: Drive critical investment decisions, delivery sequencing, and disciplined planning practices.
Value & Governance: Oversee business case development, track benefits realisation, and strengthen the organisation's ability to deliver complex transformation outcomes.
Executive Insights: Provide high-level reporting and deliver insights directly to senior leadership forums.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships and influence outcomes across business, product, finance, and technology teams.
