Undertaking general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and answering phone calls
Drafting correspondence and legal documents
Liaising with clients and third parties
Assisting other staff members within the firm

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Passion to work in personal injury litigation
Have a “can-do” attitude
Robust attention to detail
Hard working
preferably studying law and must have at least 1 year experience in a personal injury law firm.

We are a small to medium personal injury law firm with a small committed team located in Parramatta’s CBD and we are close to public transport.

We are looking for a legal admin assistant with some experience in Personal Injury claims especially with Motor Vehicle, Public Liability, Workers Compensation matters to undertake work on a full time basis.

In this role you will work closely with the Director and solicitors.
