As we continue a period of strategic growth and transformation, we are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our on-site People & Performance team at our Underwood site. This role will be aligned with one of our key business units and will play a vital role in delivering strategic and operational HR support that drives culture, capability, and performance across the business.

In this role, you will:
Deliver business-focused HR solutions.
Partner with managers to navigate industrial relations, complex people matters and organisational change.
Interpret HR policies, procedures and employment legislation, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
Lead fair and consistent outcomes across people processes and decision-making.
Coach and support leaders to build capability and confidently manage their teams.
Provide expert advice and guidance on people related matters and manage employee cases for your stakeholder group.

What you'll bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.




Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar HR business partnering role, ideally in a transport environment.
In-depth understanding and ability to interpret Australian employment law and industrial instruments (Contemporary Awards, EA).
Solid commercial acumen and ability to align people initiatives with operational goals.
Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels.
Ability to work operationally across a range of initiatives.
High emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced workplace.
