Warrnambool City Council seeks a Visitor Services Team Leader for Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village to lead a frontline team of staff and volunteers. You will supervise reception, ticketing, bookings and retail operations, and deliver engaging tours across Warrnambool and the region.

The role requires solid customer service, leadership and organisational skills, with experience in tourism or hospitality. This is a part time, fixed role with pro rata salary and council perks.
