About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join our Northgate team.

This is a hands-on role involving warehouse operations, inventory management, dispatch, forklift operation, and light machinery use. A significant part of the role involves operating a high-reach forklift within racking systems, making current high-reach experience essential.

Please note: A current Forklift Licence (LF) and proven high-reach forklift experience are mandatory requirements for this position.

Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
Receive, check and put away incoming stock
Replenish warehouse stock locations
Safely operate forklifts, including high-reach forklifts
Load and unload trucks




Operate light machinery used in the preparation of customer orders
Measure and chop picture frame moulding to customer specifications as part of our pre-production Chop Service
Conduct stocktakes and assist with inventory control
Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse setting
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

Essential
Current Forklift Licence (LF)
Proven high-reach forklift operating experience
Previous warehouse/storeperson experience
Experience working with warehouse racking systems
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to safely perform manual handling tasks
Reliable, self-motivated and team oriented
Strong commitment to workplace safety

Desirable
Experience operating light manufacturing or warehouse machinery
Experience using warehouse management or ERP systems
Previous experience in a timber, framing, manufacturing or production environment
