About the Role

As a Claims Coordinator, you’ll be the glue that holds our projects together. Your role is essential in ensuring a smooth and seamless claims process for our clients.

Your key responsibilities include:
Registering and managing insurance claims in software systems
Communicating with clients, trades, and contractors




Organising quotes, documentation, and appointments
Assist with the scheduling of inspections and repairs
Support teams across Construction, Restorations & Finance
Solve challenges and improve processes day-to-day

What You’ll Bring

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
A background in administration or coordination
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
A passion for delivering excellent customer service
Explicit written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in insurance, building, or restoration is a bonus
Familiarity with Prime Ecosystem = extra points
