We're looking for an experienced broking leader who still loves the craft of lendingbut is equally excited by building teams, improving businesses and shaping thefuture.

You’ll lead an established team of brokers and offshore support, mentor others throughcomplex lending, strengthen lender and referral relationships, improvecommercial performance and help drive the next chapter of our business.

Technology will play an increasingly significant role in broking. You don't need to be atechnical expert, but you should be curious, adaptable and confident embracingAI,



automation and better ways of working while protecting the judgement andrelationships that great broking is built on.

You'll bring
5+ years' mortgage brokingexperience
Leadership experienceacross brokers and/or support teams
Solid residential,investment and complex lending expertise
Current lenderaccreditations (MFAA/FBAA highly regarded)
Commercial judgement,client focus and a growth mindset
Curiosity for technologyand continuous improvement
Competitive base, super andlucrative commissions
Established lead flow andstrong property ecosystem
Dedicated offshore support
