About DiverseyCare
At DiverseyCare, we're not your typical allied health provider.
We're a young, multicultural and fast‐growing allied health team supporting participants and families across the NDIS in Victoria and Queensland. We're proud to be one of Melbourne's largest bilingual allied health providers, and we're now continuing to grow our Brisbane team.
Our team is made up of clinicians from diverse backgrounds, and that is something we genuinely value because the people we support come from diverse communities too.
We care about great clinical work, but we also care about creating a workplace where people actually enjoy showing up.
That means real support, approachable leaders, team lunches, birthday celebrations, culture days, peer learning, regular check‐ins and a team environment that feels warm, inclusive and human.
Our Brisbane clinic is based in Eight Mile Plains,

giving you the opportunity to work across both clinic and community settings while being part of a growing team with a strong sense of purpose, culture and connection.
If you're looking for a Speech Pathology role in a team that gives you structure, culture, mentoring and a genuine sense of belonging, you'll probably feel at home here.
What we are looking for
At DiverseyCare, we're looking for a Speech Pathologist who is passionate about helping people communicate, connect and participate more fully in everyday life.
You might be an experienced Speech Pathologist looking for your next role, or a strong new graduate who is ready to start your career with the right support around you.
You'll work across both clinic and community settings, supporting NDIS and private clients in environments that matter to them, including the clinic, home, school and community.
This role is ideal for someone who wants variety, clinical growth, cultural connection and a team that actually has your back.
Build real experience across different areas
At DiverseyCare, you'll get exposure across a broad range of clients and therapy areas, including:
Paediatrics
Adults
Speech sound disorders
Language delays and disorders
Social communication
AAC and communication supports
Swallowing and mealtime management
NDIS participants
Community‐based therapy
Clinic‐based therapy
School and home visits
Plus more
This means you'll get the chance to become a more confident, well‐rounded Speech Pathologist while continuing to figure out what areas you enjoy most.
You'll work across a mix of clinic and community settings, so your week has variety, purpose and real impact.
Make a meaningful difference every day
As a Speech Pathologist at DiverseyCare, you'll:
Conduct assessments in speech, language, communication and swallowing
Develop and deliver individualised therapy plans for NDIS and private clients
Provide one‐on‐one therapy in clinic, home, school and community settings
Work closely with families, carers, support coordinators and other health professionals
Monitor client progress and adjust goals as needs change
Complete reports and recommendations to support client outcomes
Travel within the community to support clients in their preferred environments
Every day brings something different, and every client gives you the opportunity to make a genuine difference in their life.
The team vibe matters here
We know a job is not just about the work.
It's also about the people you sit with, learn from, have lunch with and message when you need help.
DiverseyCare is a young, multicultural and family‐like team. We're growing quickly, but we still want work to feel human, connected and fun.
We put effort into team culture, including:

Birthday celebrations
Team lunches
Team bonding activities
Peer learning and case discussions
Supportive leaders who are approachable
A team that genuinely wants you to do well
We want you to enjoy coming to work, not just survive the week.
Support that actually helps
Your growth matters here.
Whether you have experience or you're a strong current graduate, we know support makes all the difference.
You'll have access to:
Structured New Graduate Program
Scheduled supervision and mentoring
Internal and external clinical supervision
Shadowing opportunities
Report writing support
Peer learning and MDT upskilling
Regular check‐ins
Professional development opportunities
Supportive team leaders
A team environment where questions are welcomed
We want you to feel supported as you grow, not left alone to figure everything out by yourself.
Flexibility without the awkward conversation
We know work‐life balance matters.
At DiverseyCare, you'll have flexibility around your work hours and locations, with support to structure your week in a way that works for both you and your clients.
You'll also benefit from:
Flexible work hours
Clinic and community‐based work
Choice and input into your preferred caseload where possible
Full admin support so you can focus more on clinical work and less on non‐billable admin
The ability to build a caseload that supports your interests and development
This role gives you the flexibility to build your career while maintaining balance outside of work.
Bilingual clinicians are highly valued
We support a culturally diverse participant base, and language can make a huge difference in how comfortable families and participants feel.
We strongly encourage applications from clinicians who speak:
Mandarin
Cantonese
Hindi
Arabic
Vietnamese
If you're bilingual, your language skills are genuinely valued here not just as a bonus,
About you
You may have some Speech Pathology experience and feel ready for your next step.
Or you may be a strong new graduate looking for a supportive team to help launch your career.
You'll suit this role if you:
Want strong supervision and guidance
Care about culture, connection and belonging
Want to work with a diverse participant base
Enjoy both clinic and community work
Want to become a confident, well‐rounded clinician
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Are open to learning and growing within the NDIS space
Communicate with warmth, empathy and professionalism
You'll need:
A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
Current Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status, or eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership
Relevant placement experience or clinical experience working with NDIS participants
Strong clinical reasoning and report‐writing skills
A genuine interest in helping people communicate, connect and participate more fully in everyday life
A willingness to travel in the community as part of the role
