Through our structured two-year development program, you'll gain hands‐on experience on major civil infrastructure projects, work alongside industry leaders, receive dedicated mentoring, and develop the technical, commercial and leadership skills needed for a successful career in construction.
At Seymour Whyte you'll commence on a live project and be given meaningful responsibility from the outset, contributing to the delivery of major infrastructure projects while learning from some of the industry's most experienced professionals.
About the project
We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Civil Engineer to commence on our
Coomera Connector Stage 1 South
project.
This is a significant transport infrastructure project that will improve connectivity between Logan City and the Gold Coast, providing a vital alternative to the M1 Pacific Motorway and helping to support the region's continued growth.
The project includes major earthworks, bridge construction and innovative environmental solutions, including a 300-metre bridge over the Nerang River.

About you:
In your final year of study for a Bachelor of Civil Engineering
Demonstrated work experience through industry placements, internships, vacation work or other employment
Passionate about civil construction, eager to build a long‐term career in the industry
Motivated, proactive and willing to learn from experienced industry professionals
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive, can‐do attitude
Hold a current, unrestricted C‐Class Driver Licence




Have access to your own reliable transport
Willing to travel, or relocate to project locations as opportunities arise
