Support major accounts within a collaborative team
As our business continues to grow, we're creating a brand-new opportunity for a Sales Support Officer to join our Retail Sales team.
Reporting to the Head of Retail Sales and partnering closely with our National Account Managers, you'll play a key role in supporting major supermarket accounts through reporting, customer administration, promotional coordination and retailer portal management.
Your work will help ensure our customers receive exceptional service while enabling the sales team to focus on growing the business.
What you'll get stuck into
As the go-to support for the Retail Sales team, you'll play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day administration behind our major retail accounts.
This will include
Preparing reports, sales information and customer documentation
Managing retailer portals, product information, pricing updates and promotional submissions
Coordinating customer requests, samples and account administration
Liaising with customers to respond to general enquiries and ensure requests are handled promptly and professionally
Supporting National Account Managers with the administration behind major customer accounts
Working closely with Operations, Finance and other internal teams to resolve issues and deliver great customer outcomes




Making sure deadlines are met, details are accurate, and nothing falls through the cracks
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service or account coordination
