Australia. Client Overview Our client is an international renewable
energy technology company specializing in the development,
engineering, and delivery of advanced photovoltaic (PV) and energy
storage solutions. With operations across multiple international
markets, the organization focuses on delivering creative,
sustainable, and high-performance clean energy solutions for
commercial and utility-scale projects. As part of its continued
global expansion, the company is strengthening its project delivery
capabilities in Australia by leading the execution of large-scale
solar photovoltaic and energy storage projects while maintaining
the highest standards of engineering quality, regulatory
compliance, workplace safety, and operational excellence. Job Role
The New Energy Project Manager is responsible for leading the
end-to-end delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects
across Australia, ensuring successful execution from project
planning and engineering review through construction,
commissioning, grid connection, and final project handover. Working
closely with EPC partners, contractors, suppliers, regulatory
authorities, and project stakeholders, the successful candidate
will oversee project schedules, budgets, construction quality,
safety, compliance, and customer relationships while ensuring
projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Key
Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of
utility-scale solar PV and energy storage projects. Develop project
implementation plans, construction schedules, engineering reviews,
and risk management strategies. Oversee project safety,
construction quality, cost control,



schedule management, and
regulatory compliance. Coordinate project construction,
commissioning, testing, grid connection, and project handover
activities. Manage project budgets, optimize construction costs,
and improve overall project efficiency. Build and maintain strong
relationships with EPC contractors, suppliers, investors,
regulatory authorities, and clients. Lead project teams while
coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders throughout the project
lifecycle. Resolve technical, commercial, construction, and
compliance issues to ensure successful project delivery. Prepare
project reports and communicate project progress to senior
management. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in
Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering,
Engineering Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of
project management experience within the renewable energy industry.
Proven experience successfully delivering multiple MW-scale solar
photovoltaic or energy storage projects. Strong understanding of
EPC project management, construction methodologies, engineering
standards, grid connection requirements, and renewable energy
regulations. Experience managing full project lifecycles from
planning through commissioning and final handover. PMP
certification or equivalent project management qualifications are
highly preferred. Previous experience working on renewable energy
projects in Australia or Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
Professional working proficiency in English is required. Strong
leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and
problem-solving skills. Willing to be based on-site in Australia
