About the Role
This is a newly created hands-on technical role supports GenZ's operational and service functions through the assembly, pre-wiring, and preparation of battery cabinets and distribution modules.
Working closely with the Technical Lead and Engineers you will play a key role in ensuring systems are built accurately, safely, and efficiently to support project delivery and ongoing product performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Pre-wiring battery cabinets and assembling distribution modules
Conducting electrical testing and quality checks prior to dispatch
Supporting fault diagnosis, system configuration, and service preparation




Assisting with warehouse activities including stock control, picking, and dispatch
Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
This is a full time position based in our Malaga office.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this position, we are seeking candidates with:
Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or technical workshop environments
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings
Trade qualification in Electrical, Electrotechnology, Mechatronics or equivalent experience (preferred)
Strong hands-on skills with excellent attention to detail
Sound problem-solving and organisational capabilities
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
Current Forklift licence
Current Australian driver's licence and valid work rights
