Royal Hotel Singleton is a family-friendly Hunter Valley hotel featuring a Public Bar, Bistro, Beer Garden, TAB, Gaming Room, Accommodation and Bottle Shop.
We're part of Hunter Hotel Group, operating ten venues across the Hunter and Central Coast regions.
We're seekingfull-time and casual Duty Managers and Supervisorsto join our leadership team.
With flexible rostering and a hands-on, motivated management team, this is a genuine opportunity to build a long-term career in hospitality.
About the role
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you'll run shifts across the venue — overseeing the bar, accommodation, gaming, bistro service and bottle shop.
You'll lead and support staff, deliver a high standard of customer service, manage cash handling and compliance, and help drive day-to-day trade.




Current NSW RSA and RCG competency cards
Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory role
Solid leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train a team
Sound food and beverage knowledge
High attention to detail, particularly around compliance and cash handling
Genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a willingness to learn and grow
Highly regarded
Experience in a multi-revenue venue (gaming, TAB, bottle shop)
