Easytel Group Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive customer service specialist to join our in office team in Parramatta. You will support customers, assist field technicians, and collaborate with provisioning to ensure seamless telecom services.
Training will be provided to equip you with PABX/Cloud Hosted configurations, VOIP systems, and Cisco Webex usage, with a focus on clear communication and teamwork.
