About the Role
As a Used Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the complete vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to delivery and ongoing relationship management.
Key responsibilities include:
Selling quality pre-owned vehicles and associated products
Managing and following up customer enquiries from walk-ins, phone, online leads and referrals
Building strong relationships with customers and delivering a premium buying experience
Conducting vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives
Negotiating sales outcomes while maintaining customer satisfaction
Maintaining accurate records within the dealership CRM system
Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs




Supporting dealership events, campaigns and promotions
Actively prospecting for new business opportunities and repeat customers
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous automotive sales experience (preferred but not essential)
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
A self-motivated and results-driven attitude
Professional presentation and attention to detail
The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Strong computer and CRM skills
A current and valid NSW Driver Licence
