We are looking for a Wills and Estates Lawyer with a minimum of two years post admission experience to join our team.

We are looking for candidates with the following experience:
A minimum of two years post admission experience practising in Wills and Estates.
Demonstrated ability to appear as solicitor advocate in Directions Hearings.

Sound knowledge and understanding of Estate Planning, Estates, Applications for Probate, Letters of Administration and Family Provision Claims.

Ability to instruct Counsel in reliable and complex matters.

You will work alongside all our team members in providing the best quality legal services to our clients.





You will have a degree of autonomy in relation to running your files and when required, work alongside our Senior Wills and Estates Lawyer.

We would like our candidates to demonstrate:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and third parties;
Solid time management and organisational skills;
High attention to detail with precision in case preparation, drafting and Court presentation;
Self-motivated and a solid initiative;
Sound knowledge of succession law and procedure;
Ability to work autonomously.
