The Pool Professionals are looking for a motivated Pool Technician to join our expanding team in Byron Bay and Ballina. We have multiple positions available across this region. Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. You will be provided company vehicle & paid above award wages. You must be physically fit & able to lift a minimum of 20kg.

To be successful you must:
Be able to work autonomously without supervision as well as being able to work in a team environment
Have excellent communication skills including robust written and spoken English
Be well presented, polite and skilled in dealings with customers
Take pride in your work
Be reliable, punctual, organised and able to work effieciently.

Key responsibilities include:
General pool maintenance including cleaning, testing and balancing residential and resort swimming pools




Routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of swimming pool equipment including pumps, filters, chlorinators and pool cleaners
Sales and installation of new equipment
Scheduling and inventory management

Candidates should have:
A current driver's license with a good driving record
Experience in onsite swimming pool service/maintenance preferred
Great customer service skills and an ability to work in a team
Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and ability to work unsupervised
Enjoy the outdoors and engaging with customers
