McArthur Community Care (NSW) is seeking dedicated in-home support workers to assist teens with disabilities during night shifts on Sundays and Mondays, with flexibility for afternoons and weekends.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant qualification (Cert III or higher) and experience supporting people with disabilities, including teens. The role involves domestic duties and may require driving the client’s accessible van. Training and compliance are provided.
