This represents an opportunity with a well established accounting firm based in Birtinya. This firm has been in operation for many years and are very proud of their client base. The firm is modern, innovative and professional. The firm is led by a team of very personable, driven and knowledgable Directors and Managers.

POSITION

Due to strong growth the position of Client Services Manager has been created.

The role will involve the following:
Support the accounting team (on shore and off shore)
Provide leadership to the admin team
Client relationship management
Managing workflow and deadlines
Liaising with the ATO and ASIC
Database management




Any other administrative duties as required

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
4+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
Experience with all facets of public practice administration
Experience with dealing with the ATO
Experience with ASIC Corp Sec
Experience with Xero and XPM would be highly desirable
Exceptional communication and presentation skills (non negotiable)
Ability to be a team player
