Paringa Pet Foods are currently seeking experienced Meat Processing Workers / Batching Operatorto join our business on a Casual full time basis (with availability to go permanent for the right candidate), located at our facility in Penrith, Sydney.

As a Batching Operator, you will play a key role in our production process by accurately weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials according to production specifications. This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing high-quality products.

About you:
Available to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am to 6pm
Previous experience in food manufacturing, batching, or production (preferred but not essential)
Ability to accurately follow recipes, formulations, and production instructions




Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
Comfortable handling raw meat and animal by-products
Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling and lifting
Ability to operate batching and mixing equipment safely and efficiently, or a willingness to learn
Understanding of food safety, HACCP, and GMP principles (preferred)
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
