We are seeking reliable casual chefs to join our casual stadium culinary team at WIN Sports and Entertainment Centre.

This role involves working across a wide variety of events, from corporate functions to large-scale stadium and hospitality events. You’ll be part of a rapid-paced kitchen environment supporting the delivery of high-quality food service at events of all sizes.

This is event-based casual work, meaning shifts are scheduled around specific events. Hours may vary depending on event schedules, including early starts, late finishes and weekends.

About the Role

You'll work alongside a skilled kitchen team preparing and delivering high-quality food across a wide variety of events.



No two shifts are the same, with opportunities ranging from intimate corporate functions to large-scale stadium events.

What You'll Be Doing
Preparing and cooking high-quality food for events of all sizes
Working across banquets, buffets, canapés and corporate catering
Assisting with food preparation, service and pack down
Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
Working efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
Supporting Head and Sous Chefs during service

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in commercial kitchens
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Reliable transport (preferred)
Food Safety knowledge
Relevant chef qualifications
Food Safety Supervisor (advantageous but not essential)
