We are a well-established company in the motor parts industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services. We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Procurement Manager to join our team.
Key responsibilities include:
Plan, organise, direct and coordinate the procurement of automotive parts, materials and related products to meet the company's operational requirements.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to support business operations and growth. Lead end-to-end procurement operations for automotive parts.
Source, evaluate and negotiate with local and international suppliers to achieve pricing, quality and delivery requirements.
Oversee inventory levels, operate recording systems, and work closely with internal teams to ensure adequate stock availability. Ensure re-ordering and re-stocking at optimal times.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance in relation to quality, pricing and delivery.
Monitor market trends, freight costs and supply chain conditions to identify risks and procurement opportunities.




Ensure products comply with company quality standards and relevant industry requirements.
Resolve supply chain disruptions.
Review and prepare procurement reports. Provide recommendations on procurement workflow efficiency and team coordination.
The successful applicant will have:
A bachelor's degree or higher in business, commerce or a related field
At least three years of experiencein a similar role.
Experience in the automotive parts, motor vehicle or related industry will be highly regarded.
Strong negotiation, commercial analysis and supplier management skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with local and international suppliers.
Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Competence in procurement, inventory management and Microsoft Office systems.
Multilingual communication skills will be highly regarded, particularly where relevant to managing overseas suppliers.
