About the role
With growth comes opportunity—specifically, the chance for an experienced Centre Manager to take the helm at our Leppington Centre.
We are looking for someone who is willing to invest time and energy in being a strong leader for the team - from supporting quality practice, pedagogy and guiding our team in the achievement of their skilled goals.




Our rostering model has the Centre Manager out of ratio full time. The Centre Manager will also be supported by a full-time Assitant Center Manager so that you can focus on centre leadership instead of day-to-day administration.

Our Leppington service will provide high quality care and education for 135 children between 7am - 6pm Monday-Friday. It has been designed by a leading architect and offers modern learning spaces with high quality and age-appropriate resources. Check a video on our website:
About you
We are looking for a Centre Manager with:
Extensive Experience working in the Centre Manager role
A commitment to high-quality care & children's safety
A commitment to being an outstanding people leader for the team
The ability to create and implement systems and processes within the center to ensure compliance with the relevant law and regulations
Valid Working With Children Check, First Aid, and Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Permission to work in Australia
