About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Spray Painter to join a skilled and professional body shop team based in Hendra.
Working closely with the paint shop department, you will use up-to-date equipment, processes, and technologies to deliver high-quality finishes.
This role suits a motivated team player with strong attention to detail who takes pride in their workmanship and can build positive relationships with colleagues, insurers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out vehicle spray painting to a high-quality finish
Work collaboratively within the paint shop and broader workshop team
Follow safe work practices and adhere to workplace health and safety standards
Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to agreed timeframes
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with team members, insurers, and customers
About You
Relevant trade qualification with previous industry experience
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Reliable, hardworking team player with a positive attitude
Proven ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines
Able to work well under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Strong work ethic; reliable and punctual
Current driver's licence
