The Prospect
Join our O&M; team at Gunnedah Solar Farm as our Site Supervisor (Lead Field Technician) on an attractive 4 days on, 3 days off roster. This hands-on role focuses on operations and maintenance (O&M;), helping ensure the site performs at peak efficiency.
We are looking for candidates who live locally or are able to
drive in and drive out.
What we offer:
Total package of up to $127,500 - $132,500 per annum + super
Breakdown: $115,000 - $120,000 base salary + $6,250 remote allowance + up to $6,250 performance bonus + super

Additional overtime and public holiday worked paid at award rates
Preferred roster 4 days on 3 days off. Will also consider 8 days on, 6 days off roster. (9.5 hour days + 30 min unpaid break for both rosters)

Your responsibilities as a Site Supervisor (Lead Field Technician)



will be:
Performing routine maintenance on equipment
Diagnosing and troubleshooting various project systems issues
Developing standard operating documents for machine maintenance, operations and training
Overseeing and supervising sub-contractors
Supervise, engage and mentor staff on site
Manage and facilitate people matters with line manager support if required
To be successful as our Site Supervisor (Lead Field Technician), you will have:
Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and support team members effectively
The ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, manuals and schematics
Experience in electrical maintenance and repairing various types of electrical equipment with preferred experience in renewables and solar
Willingness for some roster flexibility for on call and emergency works where required
Sound computer skills
Ability to pass medical, drug, alcohol tests and Police Check
