Junior Legal Assistant (Two Positions Available)

DBH Lawyers is seeking two enthusiastic and motivated Junior Legal Assistants to join our team. These opportunities will provide support across a range of practice areas within our firm, including Personal Injury, Family Law, Wills & Estates and Commercial.
No previous experience working in a legal office is required. We are looking for people with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn. Previous experience in administration, customer service, Personal Injury or Family Law will be highly regarded but is not essential.
About the Role
As a Junior Legal Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our solicitors and senior legal assistants with day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of our practice.
Duties may include:
General administrative support to solicitors and legal assistants
Telephone and email correspondence
Opening and closing electronic and hard-copy files
Assisting with diary management and scheduling appointments
Preparing, scanning, copying and collating documents
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Providing reception support as required
Assisting with client enquiries and file management.
About You
You will:
Have a positive, professional attitude and a willingness to learn
Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Be confident using Microsoft Office and general office technology
Enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to a team environment
Have robust time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
Be eager to build a long-term career in legal administration and support.
Previous experience in administration,



customer service or a professional services environment will be advantageous. Experience in Personal Injury or Family Law will be highly regarded.
