Blinds Anytime Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Assembler to join our team in Milperra, NSW. As a Manufacturer, you will be responsible for the efficient assembly and production of high-quality window blinds and other related products.

What you'll be doing
Assembly and production of window blinds, curtains, and other soft furnishing products
Operating various machinery and tools required for the manufacturing process
Adhering to strict quality control measures to ensure product excellence
Maintaining a clean, organised, and protected working environment
Collaborating with the sales team to meet deadlines and targets
Providing support in other areas of the factory as needed

What we're looking for
Any previous experience in window and soft furnituring manufacturing or assembly role,
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced setting
Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently




Familiarity with the use of hand tools and light machinery
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
