The opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our in-office team at Jade Finance. This position is perfect for someone with robust design skills, a creative mindset, and keen eye for detail. You’ll support our experienced marketing team across a wide range of digital and print projects, with a particular focus on our growing B2B marketing requirements.

About the role

You’ll assist the marketing team across multiple creative and administrative areas, including:
Collaborating with partners to determine specific requirements for co-branded campaigns and managing the production of those marketing assets.
Helping to design and produce on-brand marketing materials for print and digital platforms.




Structuring educational courses and creating compelling content for broker training videos, using AI tools to execute and produce them.
Assisting with social media, email campaigns, copy writing and other digital marketing activities.
Working collaboratively with the internal teams, partners, and external suppliers ensuring all projects run smoothly and deliver quality results.

What we’re looking for
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy (native-level English proficiency)
High attention to detail and keen eye for design, layout, and presentation
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience with Canva, Google Workspace and AI tools is highly desirable
Proactive, confident, and passionate, with a willingness to learn current skills
Adaptable and comfortable working in a collaborative team setting
