What we’re looking for
A warm, sociable personality and genuine passion for hospitality
Fluent English communication skills




Minimum 2 years’ equivalent full time experience as a barista in a fast-paced, high-volume café (10–15kg+ daily)
Strong knowledge of grind adjustment and general machine maintenance
Highly organized, efficient, and able to perform under pressure during busy rushesProfessional presentation and grooming suited to a corporate café workplace
Full and correct working rights in Australia
Available to start at 6am and flexible for shifts finishing at 5pm
