Meca Projects is seeking a skilled and experienced Full‑Time Carpenter to join our agile team. You’ll work across a diverse range of projects, materials, and structures, contributing to high‑standard outcomes for clients throughout the region.

About the Role

In this role, you will work independently and as part of a team across both commercial and residential sites. You’ll be responsible for delivering quality carpentry work, problem‑solving on the job, and maintaining a professional standard in all tasks.

Your day‑to‑day work will include:
Carpentry across a variety of materials, structures, and project types
Working autonomously with confidence and accuracy
Contributing to project delivery across multiple locations
Interpreting plans, measurements, and specifications
Ensuring safe work practices and maintaining a tidy work environment





What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings expertise, skill, and independence to the role. The ideal candidate will have:
Full Carpentry Trade Qualification
Strong experience across both commercial and residential carpentry
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable transport and suitable tools/equipment to travel between job sites
Robust communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
