In this role you will:
Perform high quality service and repairs in accordance with factory standards and processes
Promote the brand image through reliable, efficient, and cost effective repairs
Maintain accurate and up to date service and repair reports
Complete repair work and maintenance as per repair orders to dealership and manufacturer requirements
Collaborate with other departments, including sales and parts, to ensure seamless operations
Stay up to date with mandatory factory training
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
Qualified automotive technician/mechanic with relevant certifications
Experience performing vehicle diagnostics
Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate workshop systems
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to study, understand, and retain detailed product and technical information
Strong team player committed to supporting colleagues and delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service
Current, valid driver's licence
