HOBAN Recruitment is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers to join a busy 3PL warehouse operation based in Smeaton Grange, NSW. This role suits reliable, safety-focused operators who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to daily warehouse operations.
Shift Details
Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities
Operating Crown joystick high-reach forklifts
Bulk order picking using RF scanners
Inbound and outbound duties, including receiving and dispatch
Replenishments and putaways
Manual handling up to 25kg
Working to daily KPIs in a fast-paced workplace
About You
Valid NSW High Risk Work LF licence
Proven experience operating high-reach forklifts
Previous warehousing or distribution experience
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to meet daily targets
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Available to work Monday to Friday
