Your duties will include:
Communicating with owners and tenants
Managing your own portfolio of approximately 130 properties
Completing lease renewals
Booking and conducting routine inspections
Completing ingoing and outgoing inspections
Issuing breach notices as required

About you:
Previous property management experience is essential (as an assistant is welcomed)
Robust communication and organisational skills
Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
Current QLD driver's licence
