Rehabilitation Consultant
to join their dynamic team in
Canberra, ACT.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans
Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation interventions, including functional training, therapeutic exercise, and adaptive equipment prescription
Collaborate with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to rehabilitation
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to share knowledge and coordinate care
Contribute to the continuous improvement of rehabilitation services through research and innovation
What We're Looking For
Registration with the relevant Australian regulatory body
AHPRA, ASORC, AASW.




Experience in occupational rehabilitation industry
Demonstrated expertise in client-centred care and the ability to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
