Mantra Group and Peppers Gladstone are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Guest Services Agent to join the team, primarily for afternoon/evening shifts across 7 days including weekends and public holidays.

The ideal candidate will be friendly with a can-do attitude, focused on teamwork and delivering quality service, with experience in hospitality and familiarity with hotel systems such as OPERA, Excel and Outlook. A current RSA certificate and Open Class C license are required.
