We're looking for an organised and proactive People & Culture Coordinator to join our team and provide administrative and coordination support across the employee lifecycle. This is an excellent prospect for someone looking to build a career in HR while contributing to a positive employee experience.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you'll support a broad range of HR activities including employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives and HR reporting. You'll also help maintain HR systems, records, policies and compliance processes while providing exceptional support to employees and managers.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Experience in administration, coordination or customer service (HR experience is desirable but not essential).
A Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources,



Business Administration or a related field, or be currently studying towards a relevant qualification.
Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems, including HRIS platforms.
A proactive, team-focused approach and a genuine interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
