Protech are currently seeking experienced Quarry Haul Truck Drivers to support operations across a local quarry project. This role offers consistent local work leading into the wet season, ideal for operators seeking reliable short-term prospects.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Immediate start available
Casual role with ongoing work
Local quarry work - home every night
Operating articulated haul trucks within quarry environments
Day and night shifts may be required depending on production schedules
Penalty rates, overtime, and allowances apply
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Protected operation of articulated haul trucks
Hauling materials within quarry sites
Conducting pre-start checks and basic maintenance
Working safely around other plant, personnel, and site traffic
Following site procedures and safety requirements
Maintaining clean and efficient work practices
Assisting with general site duties when required
Demonstrated experience operating articulated dump/haul trucks in quarry or mining environments
Strong understanding of site safety and fatigue management
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Physically fit for site-based work
Reliable transport
