Movalist is hiring a Work From Home – Customer Service & Bookings Consultant to handle inquiries from clients looking to move homes. You’ll answer calls or follow ups, explain how the service works, and help customers get booked in, using video calls to build trust and improve conversions.
You’ll join as a full time contractor, work remotely from a quiet space with reliable internet, and participate in regular team meetings. Prior call-centre experience is welcomed; training is provided.
