About the role
Wash dishes, cookware and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and back-of-house areas
Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required
Help receive and store deliveries
Support waste removal, cleaning and closing procedures
Keep pace during busy service while maintaining safety standards

Previous experience is helpful, but not essential
