Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team at our Caboolture branch .

Working alongside a supportive and experienced team, you'll be responsible for helping customers identify and source the right parts to keep their vehicles on the road.
Key Responsibilities Interpret and identify heavy vehicle parts requirements Provide exceptional service to trade, fleet and workshop customers Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities Maintain and develop strong customer relationships Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment Assist with inventory enquiries and stock availability Contribute to achieving branch sales and service targets This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering solutions to customers.
